Wesson non-cholesterol soybean vegetable oil is a lighter version of the original vegetable oils. I prefer this over olive oils. But too each is owned. Sometimes you want to go back to the original oils because you are health conscience now in your senior years.,and you want a better lifestyle.

trusted brand of the highest quality
Wesson oil has been around since I was a kid, and I'm in my 60's now. The oil is light enough to fry foods without the greasiness of other lower quality brands, leaving the foods crispy. The oil also doesn't interfere with the flavor of the spices that coat the meat or veggies that you are frying. Overall, it is a cost effective and quality way for cooking the foods you want to feed to your family and friends.

I been having hot flashes really bad. ( I'm 74)I was told Japanese women don't have that problem...they eat lots of soy. Tofu etc. I been using mostly olive oil and butter 🧈. I think its working getting. ore soy in my body.

It is soybean free if you are allergic ALWAYS read the label anyway, in case their are exposures to process that may be an issue.'
