The Westcott Aura battery powered pencil sharpener is a good product to use if you need an easy to use sharpener. I dug out 15 broken colored pencils and tested the sharpener. I did it with one hand, it sharpened them in about 5 seconds per pencil, sharpened to a sharp point and emptying the shavings is easy with a button on the front that pops open the holder so you can dump them. I'm very happy with this product. It also looks fine on my desk

This item is worth what you pay for it. It does sharpen your pencil evenly but if you leave the pencil in to long the led is overly sharp pointed. It works for a decent amount of time being a battery operated item and the razor blade stays sharp instead of going dull after a week of heavy use. It's a decent size if you're planning on taking it out and about and it's easy to empty without spilling the shavings all over. If you're looking for a cheap, well made, easy to use battery operated pencil sharpener this one is worth your time and money.
