This flour makes the soft and fluffy biscuits. The texture is very good. And it makes great cakes. And it stores good in canister.

ARRIVED IN FILTHY BOX USED FOR CHEMICALS
ARRIVED IN A FILTHY BOX THAT ORIGINALLY HELD MOLD AND MILDEW PROTECTION CHEMICALS. (IT WAS FILTHY UNDER THE TAPE.) NO PROTECTIVE WRAPPING INSIDE AND BAG WAS NOT SEALED. THIS DID NOT COME FROM WALMART NOR FROM A LEGITIMATE RETAILER. I ONLY RECEIVED ONE BAG OF FLOUR, BUT HAD ORDERED TWO. I CANNOT RETURN THIS FILTHY BOX TO WALMART DURING A PANDEMIC. THIS IS THE FIRST SITUATION LIKE THIS THAT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED AND THERE IS NO REAL RECOURSE. THIS IS NOT A USABLE PRODUCT.
