Southern delite
This is the best cornmeal to make homemade cornbread 💯💯
No additional comments provided.
This cornmeal is soooo good. It's even better if you use buttermilk to make your cornbread. This cornmeal seems like it has been around forever, and l love the little scarecrow on the package ❤️
Coming from the south but living in the west now, i grew up eating good corn bread (not corn "cake" that has sugar in it, real cornbread has no sugar...it's corn BREAD....not cornCAKE! :) lol Unless you are making cornbread totally from scratch this is the best cornbread mix there is, and it's very easy to make. That is just how it is, from someone that has tried a lot of them. Thanks White Lily!!!!
I am so glad Walmart started carrying White Lily brand. This self-rising cornmeal makes wonderful cornbread. I am not usually "brand loyal" and often buy store brand items, but White Lily is an exception - you can really taste the difference when you use their products!
I use White Lily products b/c the quality of its baked goods is superior to other flour and meal. I usually buy these products in store, but I have occasionally bought them via pick-up. I won't buy flour/meal via pick-up again, not after I was sold a 5lb bag with a best by date of Sept 06 25. I am single, and there is no way I can finish this meal mix by then. Several times, I have unknowingly purchased products that were out of date while shopping in-store. One was a large can of Cento tomatoes, another was a bottle of sage, also a tub of Daisy sour cream, one was Jif peanut butter that had been opened and a scoop taken out of, just to name a few. Do better Corinth Walmart.
I’m tired of getting items that are expired Please have your shoppers look at the dates
I dislike the fact that I paid full price for the item and it was outdated when they delivered it to me. I purchased it on April 26th 2026 and the expiration date on it was March 5th 2026. the only way I can get a refund is I have to drive to Walmart. that hardly seems fair that for a $4 pack of cornmeal I have to drive all the way to Walmart and spend that much in gas just to get a refund. it's not worth it but it does show me how your customer service can suck
the wrong item was sent. I ordered a 5 lb bag of cornmeal not flour. i got my 2lb bag of flour but the 5lb was supposed to be cornmeal. now i got to still go to the store.
