Why Not Natural B Complex Liquid: All 8 B Vitamins, 60 Servings, Organic Tangerine

This was something I bought my dad because he really needs vitamins at his old age. Due to him not being able to swallow pills properly after surviving stage 4 throat cancer he really needs liquid vitamins. They are non-gmo and are working for my dad to give him the energy to get through the day. If I didn't already have vitamins I would get these to try for myself and not just for my dad.

I'm so happy to find a vitamin B complex that has a pleasant taste and smell. Other B complexes that I have taken smell disgusting and you can taste it for hours after taking it. Why Not Natural B Complex Liquid is convenient, just put a dropper full under your tongue for 30 seconds. It has a nice orange tangerine taste. I will definitely be purchasing again.

My doctor recommended I take a B complex vitamin. Since I dislike taking pills, I opted for "Why Not" sublingual complete B complex liquid vitamin. It taste better than the other one I bought prior and I'm impressed that all eight B vitamins are included. I thought the price was good, especially compared to what's out there in the market, with some as high at $40-50 and others below ten bucks. I wanted to purchase Why Not again and unfortunately out of stock at the moment. This is a good one and I'll purchase again.

I definitely do notice more energy when I take this product. I do not know if I am Vitamin B deficient but I recently did research on how important many of the essential B vitamins are to our health, and how hard it can be to get them all from food especially if you are more plant-based. My research also informed me that if your body doesn't need the extra B vitamins it will just excrete as waste and it won't harm the body. For those reasons I am taking this (seems to be very good quality) B complex vitamin daily.

I like that these drops are more absorbable than pills. I cannot start my morning without taking my Vitamin B complex drops. I have so much more energy since I've been using it.

Look it's vitamins.. The taste is by far better then most.. The results depend on your specific needs. I needed to boost my depleted resources.. it has definitely helped felt a difference within a few days. But each day it's actually more and more noticeable. I've already recommended this one as it's been a game changer for me.

This is my second purchase of this product because of the quality, convenience and value. All of the ingredients used in the Why Not Natural brand are the most bioavailable forms, which is what I always look for in any product I buy. I want to make sure I am using the best form that my body can process and utilize. I just use a dropper full under my tongue as the taste is not bad, so very convenient for me. I do not use it everyday. I like the product. Will continue using.

Not a fan of the taste although I can tolerate it. It is very thick and hard to get a full dose every time. Not sure if any benefits from it. I'm half way through the bottle now. I will be looking for a different one next time. It's not bad just not my favorite.

When you first take it, you make your head dizzy and I only take 1 mL so be careful when you take it so take it at your own risk so I wouldn't tell to buy this because I wanna refund
