Great cognitive improvement!
I notice a quick improvement in my neural activity within minutes after taking the “Why Not” magnesium threonate. I do recommend taking it at least 30-60 minutes after a meal for it to take full effect but I’m not a doctor, that’s just my own experience for best cognitive improvement. Or, I will sometimes take it before eating breakfast, but with a small piece of fruit, nuts, or coconut oil.

My personal evaluation
I have tried a variety of Magnesium L-Threonate. This product checks all of the requirements when I purchase vitamins. This particular Magnesium L-Threonate is calming seems to offer a mental clarity, relieves the sting swelling and pain of a type of arthritis.So fair I have been taking this gentle product for more than six months. I like it.
