This is a quality worm poop. I put it directly in my soil and also make "worm poop soup" to water my plants with. I put a quarter cup of it in a gallon of water to make this and water my indoor plants with it. works great!

I use this each year in my raised vegetable garden to condition the soil. I always add this to the raised beds before planting. In the regular garden I add a scoop to each hole and mix it in before putting in the seeds or transplants. Then I fertilize with fish emulsion periodically. I always get a great harvest.
