Wilton Expand and Fold 16-Inch Non-Stick Cooling Rack

My daughter and niece both are starting new households and both are great bakers... They were so excited to get this wonderful start!!

these are very large and will not fit in standard cookie sheet to elevate food. will make great cooling rack

I put this on my cookie sheet to make meatloaf. It lets all the grease drop in cookie sheet. plus I bake fish and chicken on it.

Sorry, I bought one several years ago, but It does not fold. It's OK.

They made Halloween cookies.so the cookie rack came in so handy. Also they made Carrot, Zucchini, and Banana Nut Bread for cooking class. everyone LOVED it.

I bought this expandable cooling rack for a cookie bake my daughter was hosting. It worked perfectly. Highly recommend!

I have used this product a number of times now and can say with honesty that there's room for improvement. The expandable side connectors are plastic and flimsy giving no support to the area so if you put a cake on it just right, the whole thing collapses and your baked goods (if like mine) on the floor. The first time it happened, I thought I caught the rack with my potholder. But when it happened the second time, I knew it wasn't me. Then I forgot and used it a third and last time.

The rack themselves are fine, they're wire racks, nothing special there. The problem is with the highlighted "expand and fold” part. It works, but the problem arises when you go to take it apart to clean it... The little brackets are PAINFUL to remove! They're tiny and have square corners that dig into your fingers, absolutely horrible design! I'll just end up never hooking them together, which doesn't really change the functionality anyway...

Only reason I am not satisfied is due to not receiving the product ordered.
