Wilton Light Cocoa Candy Melts Chocolate-Flavored Baking & Candy Making Wafers 12oz Bag

I used the Wilton Bright White Candy Melts for dipping and drizzling over my homemade treats, and they worked beautifully. They melt smoothly and have a nice consistency that's easy to work with—great for coating pretzels, cake pops, and Rice Krispy treats. The bright white color gives everything a clean, professional look, and the light vanilla flavor is sweet without being overpowering. They also set up nicely at room temperature with a smooth finish and a slight snap.

I used these to make a few different items now and they are always perfect! You can dip items into the melt or put it in an icing bag or bottle to decorate with. Super simple! Hardens perfectly! Highly recommend! I included a photo of some cocoa bombs I made and used the colors as a decorative touch over top!

Used these for a chocolate covered event

I used these to dip Rice Krispie pops into. They worked well and were easy to melt. It was rather thick though even once melted so I added a few teaspoons of crisco and it was much better for dipping. Would use again.

Wilton must have changed their formula. the last 4 bags I purchased, have been horrible. they don't melt like they use to. no matter what slow melt method I used. the chocolate looks absolutely horrible.

These did not melt as stated in the name.. I bought multiple colors of Wilton Candy Melts and those were fine. It was just the Bright White bag that did not melt properly and I followed instructions as stated on the bag, 50% power at 30 second intervals…Will not repurchase. Tried 3 times and they all came out the same. Waste of money and product because I ended up throwing the bag away.

We followed the instructions on the package exactly and they wouldn't melt. We decided to try at full power, but then they burnt and cemented to our glass Pyrex bowl so hard I couldn't scrape it out and had to throw the bowl away. I had bought Great Value almond bark as back up since I hadn't used this product before and the GV melted easily, so it wasn't a microwave problem. Wilton is supposedly a premium brand in baking and these absolutely sucked. I will not repurchase or recommend.
