Great product
The product is built very sturdy. Only wish it had steel ball bearings. Easy to attach the boat seat.It's overall rating for me. It's a nine out of 10.

I would buy another
There were several reviews that said they would tip over using this....well they didn't tell the whole story. This came with two brackets that mounted with 2 screws each. The bracket attaches to the boat seat and will not let this, with a seat attached to it, to tip over or come off short of ripping the screws and plate off. I was much more please with this then I thought I would be. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars because I did have to put 4 small self-tapping screws in the seat of the boat where I mounted this. In the grand scheme of things though that is a minor downside.

These would have gotten 5 stars, except of the 2 I ordered, one swivel did not come with the screw in lock down bars!
