As Described
I was looking for another salad dressing for some variety and the reviews for this one are pretty good so I decided to give it a shot. Immediately you get basil, but it's not obnoxious or anything. The garlic is very, very faint. I'm glad this one has olive oil and not just canola oil. It's a very mild dressing. Not sure how it would do as a marinade unless you're planning to marinate your poultry or pork overnight due to the light flavor. Definitely has a healthy taste to it, but not in a negative way at all.
