Worthington Pro Grade 20-Pound Refillable Propane Tank, Propane Not Included

I bought this to go with a grill I bought for Mother's Day. it shipped fast, was only packed in a single layer cardboard box with no packing dunnage. Fortunately, the only dent was to the door rest circle and not the tank itself. Tractor Supply filled that tank for me. I tested the nozzle with soapy water and no leaks. Connected the tank to my BBQ and was up and grilling on Mother's Day.

Oh I'm so upset! It didn't come filled with flammable gas! Oh No! I would give zero stars if I could! I'm just kidding. I don't know why people are expecting a new propane tank to come from the factory already filled. That is cuckoo. Anyway, this tank is great. The manufacture date was 3 months ago so I have a long, long way to go before it needs recertified to be refilled. Great price for it too, the cheapest of any local store even though it was shipped from Walmart.

I didn't expect for it to be empty however it's nice to have your own refillable tank! Pleasantly surprised

These are the new style of a traditional 25lb tank! I haven't used it yet, but its purchase, is for my new generator, which can be fueled with gas or propane! Yup, I'm a prepper! Grid does down, I have a Solar Generator!

This is a sturdy and nice looking tank. Solid construction and nice paint job. Considering propane exchange prices, this purchase along with the refill price was cheaper. Exchanges are now 15 lbs instead of 20 lbs which makes this even better. Happy with this purchase. Definitely recommended.

Doesn't have any packaging to keep it stable. therefore it has rips and tears

I have 2 of these and neither of them empties completely. When I take them to the Propane refill here in Hawaii they discount my refills because of this. The first one wasn't purged correctly the second one was. I have gotten the same result from both. I cannot recommend this.

I never leave a review but this is horrible. First picture is me opening the box for the first time. Walmart shipped this to me. Unacceptable. This doesn't just happen during shipping. Someone put this in the box knowing it was messed up. I don't understand how they could send something in such horrible condition. Disappointed.

Item was delivered in damaged state. Threading shavings all over the valve. Upon taking to fill the company refused to fill due to safety concerns that the valve was unstable. Thankfully they switched me out but I lost 5 years of certification on the tank.

Two of these were put into the same Walmart shipping container without any packing materials. They obviously banged back and forth and were badly scratched during transit. Is it really that hard to wrap these in bubble wrap and secure them in the box? Or ship them in separate containers. Just what are you guys thinking?
