I grew up on Wright's Liquid Smoke in Kansas City. Wright's Liquid Smoke was a staple while cooking whether it be grilling, broiling or whatever. Unfortunately I'm not in KC anymore but some things will never change: My love of Wright's Liquid Smoke, Gates %26 Sons BBQ, Arthur Bryant's BBQ, Rosedale BBQ (on the Kansas Side), Town Topic Hamburgers %26 Chili (on Broadway), Dixon's Chili (Independence, MO) %26 Zip Burgers from Mugs Up Root Beer (Independence, MO).
I love to add a little liquid smoke to my my soup and I even cut up my bacon. I put it in a container and add some liquid smoke. It makes it a lot more. Authentic has cheaper bacon isn't lacking in the pork. It's lacking in the flavor and that flavor is the smokiness. I have never used a gourmet brand of liquid smoke. However, this is very pungent, meaning I don't have to use a lot. And given the price, it is easily the cheapest out there. And does the job using little of it. I can put some in my hamburger meat. Are you essentially marinating it for my hamburgers? For my wings and so on. My opinion liquid, smoke works great with a lot of other seasonings like, soy or basil bringing, out those flavors but, even alone it, does the trick like I said it's, a strong flavor so you don't need much and.The price is right on.
Great smoky flavor that pairs well with canned fish. This does not have a sweet taste like their mesquite flavor. I use this with sardines, tuna or salmon. Then add mayo, dijon mustard, cream cheese with horseradish and a bit of onions or chives to make a flavorful dip or sandwich filling. Good to have in the pantry to pump up the flavor profile.

I used Wright's hickory liquid smoke seasoning on a slow-cooked pork roast and my friends and family loved it. Several people thought it was cooked in an actual smoker.
Very much recommend this for cooking with if you are wanting a smoke flavoring without the smoking of the food. I use this in a few different recipes to enhance the meals being made.
This is a long-time family favorite but... the price is up there lately. Nothing else "hits" quite like this, but I have found a substitute until the price starts making sense again.
Used by my family for years. It makes your food so yummy. The smoky flavor seasoning goes through the meat, make sure you don't slap your momma so so good 😊
Excellent packing.. biub date of 05/13/30. Now if we could just get the delivery driver to leave the pkg close to the door rather than halfway down the walk.. c'mon, dude!
This liquid smoke is watered down. I have bought Wright's liquid smoke in the grocery store several times before and it's usually a great product. I saw this 3 for $6 deal and thought I was getting a bargain, but unfortunately I got what I paid for; half the price, half the flavor! The color and flavor are both much lighter than the same product I have purchased at our local grocery store. Very disappointed.
