A little flimsy but an overall quality product that performs perfectly fine and, bang for buck wise, was the best overall deal you could find just about anywhere for a new set. All in all solid product.

I would like a full refund as this order does not specify that it doesn't work for the Xbox one. I ordered it because the description says it's for Xbox one controllers and I just went to use it and it doesn't fit. I go to the Box it came in and says Xbox one s/x and they do not fit. Item is apparently not what it's supposed to be.

i never recieved the package and the issue was never resolved

i got this for my kids xboxone controllers opened it tried to install in controller and it did not fit i returned item to store for refund.

Very unhappy with this purchase. Specifically wanted a charging station,and battery pack for Xbox one wireless controller,to go with my grandsons Xbox 1 for Christmas gift and does not fit wireless controller at all

Wrong model

it didn't fit my controllers and the return process was confusing.. was told to bring to store with barcode and could be processed in store.. yet when returned in store they said it had to be mailed back.. they did mail it back for me tho...says it could be 3 weeks before i get my money back then another 10 days possibly depending on my bank...

Very poor made! Cheap thin wire for connection.
