We bought this as a Christmas gift for our daughter. It was a complete package with the console, remote, games and a headset. It was a great price for the entire package. Graphics are so much better than her last system. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

I originally had a Series X when it first launched, but my kids broke it before I ever really got to enjoy it. I received this newer legacy version for Christmas, and I absolutely love it. It loads faster than my PlayStation, my Series S, and even my custom gaming PC. The native 4K is a huge improvement over devices that rely on software upscaling—everything is vivid, sharp, and incredibly clear. What surprised me most is how rich the accessibility features are. The mic monitoring works perfectly with compatible headsets designed for hearing‑impaired players, letting me hear my own voice so I’m not shouting over background noise. The adjustable color‑blind filters are a game‑changer—they correct the display to compensate for color‑vision loss, restoring full detail and immersion in every game I play. Being able to enjoy fully immersive MMORPGs without straining to see details or worrying about my voice volume has been amazing. This console has exceeded every expectation I had.

Didn't buy this for gameplay but a learning device for my daughters. AMAZING!

I like all that the bundle includes with headset and multiple games to play , I have the room to download games and I also have a variety of games so that I can keep gaming. And the price was far for all that I received in this bundle, I will buy again.

Showed up a day earlier than expected! The headset I received was a two ear headset instead of the telemarketer style one ear headset in the picture, which was a nice little surprise👍 super happy!

Overall the xbox is great, but it was supposed to come with a Xbox headset with extended mic. It came with a cheap Lenovo Headset! It was not at all what was advertised. You would think, with the price of this game console, they would send a decent headset.

When I received my ‘new’ console, I was super excited. Things turned because it felt like this was used or open previously. I don’t want to go thru the hassle of shipping back and go thru the process of getting a replacement. All the game cases were broken. So far… the console works like it should, but that initial let down still there.

I am not a tech person, so i don't know what is going on, but the console lost video and sound randomly and could not get it back. I am assuming it is a factory issue not a seller issue.
