XO Baking Co. Verified Non-GMO & Gluten Free Vanilla Cake Mix, 19 oz Box

My favorite cake mix. I make two 8" round cakes or one 13x9 and it's super delicious. My family cannot tell it's gluten free. I like to pair this with the XO Baking Vanilla Frosting Mix.

We LOVED this cake mix! I originally found it at Grocery Outlet with a few other mixes and was elated to find it online at Walmart! I used coconut milk and plant based butter to make it dairy free. I also used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. It is incredibly moist, the best Gluten Free cake mix we have tried. We then frosted it with Miss Jones Organic frosting, Vanilla. I did add a bit of lemon extract to the frosting. Nobody can tell that this is a Gluten Free cake! Stocking up my pantry with more!

This cake mix is amazing, gluten free or not. I had to double check the box because I thought there must've been a mistake. I made cupcakes and added chocolate frosting. So delicious and moist, my gluten free son is in love!

It is the best ever gluten-free cake mix!!! I used it with a rum cake recipe and it came out absolutely moist and delicious! You would of never guessed it was gluten-free.

This cake genuinely has such a great moisture, texture, and I put a simple homemade cream cheese and cinnamon glaze over it and it was PERFECTTTT!! 10/10 recommend— SERIOUSLY!

I feel so much better eating and making this for my family than I do the traditional route. I am super impressed with the taste and texture of this box mix. I added extra vanilla extract but other than that followed directions and it came out perfect! I'd absolutely recommend to someone looking for a gluten free cake mix!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made my Christmas cookies with this cake mix and they turned out great. I love that it is gluten free and the cookies taste moist. Gluten free is hard sometimes but I was not disappointed. Also love that this is woman owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to follow directions. I don't have a gluten allergy. But gave this a try and I'd say this taste better then regular cake mixes. Taste and texture were both consistent to regular cake made with gluten. It's pretty good

It has too many steps, and it's not truly gluten or dairy-free when it says to add dairy. You also have to grab other ingredients besides the basics, such as eggs and vanilla extract. And if you want to make frosting, you have to be careful about gluten. I would stick to the classic version and avoid this product altogether.
