The instructions were clear, easy to follow, and once it's put together is very sturdy. Our cat enjoys it and loves to hide out in the house located upper middle.

Our cats absolutely love their tree!! They stay up there a lot and they love the very top. My son said the Condos are nice enough he could move in. Lol

This is the Taj Mahal of cat towers. Assembly directions were easy to understand. Sturdy and looks great.

My cat loves this tree house. He climbs all over it like a monkey. He sleeps on the very top perch at night.

I had a hard time deciding whether I would recommend this item or not because I don't know what other cats like. It looks good and has lots of fun features but my cats wouldn't use the three circular pieces. I think the two on top are too small so I built bigger rectangular ones and now it's great.

I only recommend it because it's convenient. However I love and care for my cats. I have 4, I adopted two and rescued two. Putting it together was not hard, the thing is there was missing bolts and pieces. I have two Big cats and it is not sturdy enough or large enough for them to hide in the cubbies; the platforms need the bolts that were missing therefore doesn't stay firmly. I want to take responsibility and say I got what I paid for. Will definitely not do that again. I'm happy the two other smaller cats use it here and there. Recommend for small cats no more than two at a time.

This tree is 79" There is no way for the cat to get from the first level to the second level without getting back on floor and making a HUGE jump to that level. My cats are athletic yet neither of them want to make that jump so they don't use it. Also the big hole in the first level is unnecessary (unless you have kittens) and it just makes it so the cats cannot lay on that level. so for cats, I do not recommend. I'm going to put it in my chicken pen and hope they can get some use out of it.

One of the legs number 18 missing and number 22 the screw attached is at wrong end. I could not remove it. I could not attach flat Board at top of unit for cat to sit on. I still got it to assemble. I will keep it anyway. It's attached safe with other strong screw. Cats just won't be able to sit on flat board piece at top of unit. Definitely need to push unit against wall and attach all safety pins to wall. My cat is 19 lbs and it will fall over if not push in corner angle to fit and attached to wall. It's nice product. Can fit 4 to 5 cats as long as they all don't weight 19 lbs or more. In picture I marked red circle ⭕️ where the flat tower Baird was supposed to attach but cannot because I am missing correct leg and screw.

quite large but the base is wide and think, so sturdy. easy to read instructions but can be a bit convoluted putting it together. sometimes the drilled hole didnt go thru the fabric and other times getting the screws to align was time consuming. wish the sisal rope went all the way up and down the posts. all this and our cats seldom touch it much less climb/sleep on it.
