After reading all the reviews I picked this mower because I really needed one that can literally pull its own weight. It really does when you see the picture I added of our back yard you will understand. The mower does jerk a little on take off , I can see that someone with shorter stride would have difficulty keeping up with it. But I love how it not only pulls itself but helps me up the hill too. It was easy to assemble and the cut quality is great. I hope to write another review at a later date and see if this mower keeps the power it has now. After filling the gas and oil it started first pull. I checked all the bolts after assembly and everything was tight. I highly recommend this mower at this point.

Despite the reviews, I bought this mower not knowing some of the perks. It has rear wheel drive, non-prime start and one lever on back wheel to change the cutting height. Quick and easy to put together, started on first pull. Mowing steep hills is effortless. I really like the bigger wheels on back of mower also.

Price and delivery speed was very good. The mower arrived 3/4 assembled. Very easy to attach remaining parts. 10min typical. Looks solid built. Added supplied oil 15oz and gasoline. 2 pulls and it started. I was concerned about the self propelled fast speed because of other reviews but I found this mower goes at a good speed for me and I can turn it while still engaging propelled or use as a push mower once you get use to it. It's light enough to maneuver and operate as a push mower when you are doing finer manuvers. There is not much vibration either. I'm using mulch mode so I haven't tried side discharge or basket yet. Optional cutting mode parts attach without tools. Height adjustment is easy with a single lever. It cuts high grass easily and has plenty of power to propell up a moderate incline. The only unknown is the durability. Time will tell. Very pleased with the purchase so far. Engine label is EX625. Shipping box shows EXI625?????? Not sure what's going on there. Maybe someone can clarify that difference. Maybe a prior year model. Think an I series doesn't need regular oil changes. It was advertised as EX625 engine when I bought it so not concerned, just curious.

Pros: Mower is very nice, Briggs and Stratton engine, single pull start. Looks and operates like a quality build. It does a great job of sucking up leaves. Cons: Bag is VERY THIN and CHEAP, after two uses it already has a 1/2” hole starting in the upper corner where the inner frame is at. It was 100% in tact when I removed the bag from the box. NOTE: Mower was delivered to the house (no other option). Box was DESTROYED with a few scratches on the mower. Not how I want to receive a brand new item.

It came a bit late however, it showed a different state on the Walmart website plus, part of my paperwork on the assembly was as if was chewed up by a dog and the lever that moves the mover for the up and down position seems as if it was rusted and this is new out of the box with the left over oil I had I cleaned the lever off for $400 some it should have been A1 plus the bag seems as if it was damaged in transport hopefully it last pass the warranty I paid for we will see

Lawnmower frame is bent. Wheels touch the frame on tallest setting.

I hope this machine works as I plan to ship it with the untrustworthy seller once more. It is disheartening to see how I have to deal with such terrible individuals in the business world. There seems to be a lack of integrity and professionalism how can I resell this merchandise?? holes every where manual came out the hole torn. bottom was half way open. People are just evil.

This lawnmower is a piece of junk! The front left wheel rubs on the mower and on any height setting above 4 the wheel does not even turn causing the mower to pull in left hand circles. The auto choke acts as if it's stuck and the speed of the mower is so fast I literally had to run to keep up! I'm in the process of trying to return it for a full refund!

I hate this mower. The front end gets stuck/caught on the smallest lumpy areas in the yard and you cant just adjust the front end. The medal frame on the inside already messed up and the blade is sticking over it. I have barely had this mower. Don't recommend!!

Not only did the item arrive with the wrong parts in the box anyone could see at a glance they were the wrong parts. Apparently the manufacturer doesn't do any QC at their assembly site. The handle is clearly too big and doesn't fit this model of mower and it would have taken a 2 second examination to see this was the case. I wasted an entire day waiting on this thing to arrive and now I have to deal with all the hassle of trying to get someone to send me the correct part for this four hundred dollar mess!!!
