large, firm bolster....from yoga direct, but cheaper by ordering through walmart online. arrived earlier than promised. very happy with product, price, delivery.

This bolster supports so well various stretching positions I like to engage in to help with mobility, and to meet fitness goals.

I first learned about bolsters when I went to Yin yoga/ Nidra classes. I bought this bolster in a soothing sage green color. It is so easy to use and supportive for poses that need to be held for longer period of time. I love stretching my back on this and now also use it for headstands (I'm still doing it against the wall since I'm not an expert yet.)

This was my second attempt at a bolster and thankfully this one was a keeper. It's made of quality materials (not just a block of foam like my first purchase from amazon). Worth the money, handles on the sides, perfect for restorative yoga along with some blocks.

I bought this to do yoga at home and this bolster is exactly the studio had. It's well built, solid, and priced right. Would definitely buy again.

We got a new couch and my wife does not like it (she is short) We put this behind her back and she is comfortable. She also uses it for Yoga. SHE loves it! ( and it is her favorite color...PURPLE!)

Oh how I love thee, bolster! I am totally satisfied with this purchase. Walmart offered a great price, delivery was quick, the color of the bolster is a great shade of green. Some reviews commented on a smell from their bolster but mine has none. I just got it today and am sitting on it right now as I type. I plan to use it for restorative yoga but can tell I will be using it as a seat for meditation, to work at my laptop, etc. I highly recommend.

this made me so happy. bolster just like my regular yoga studio, and in a cheery orange color. in this time of coronavirus, I may not be able to go to my local yoga studio, but I can have the right props to practice at home. works great as a meditation cushion as well. if you're looking for a thin bolster, this is NOT for you. this is a thick and heavy bolster, which I prefer.

Wish these werent as expensive as they were but the quality is awesome. I had an issue with the package of one of these as there were small brown dead bugs instead of it (the plastic for this one was open when I got it whereas the others were closed). Definitely wash and disinfect upon arrival.
