Am a short senior petite lady and 105 lbs for me is the right size very easy to workout, but anyone can use it .another thing i like is not a bulky machine my son installed for in about 20 minutes it doesn't not takes much room, really love it all i hope that it will last me many years to keep myself healthier so i can keep moving around the house doing my daily routine

Definitely love this rowing machine. The tension is adjustable and you can feel the burn. I’m kind of petite so if you are a large person this may not work, I’m like 150lbs and a little over 5 feet.

Love this rower, great price, very quiet, only took me an hour to put together ~ good instructions to follow ~ no problems with the equipment and tools, although I used my own tools to get it done faster, instead of the inexpensive tools that come with the rower. Every item was accounted for. Exercise monitor works well. Great starter rower ~ will be perfect before I need to upgrade to one with more resistance, if I even need to at 60. Great full body workout! Will be using it every day!

Had this for a few months. Easy put together even for someone who isn’t mechanically inclined. Has worked well. Isn’t really too loud.

Assembly was easy. Fun to use.

forward extension falls a lil short and foot pedals are always loose, so the push off is slightly different than instructed. But overall I am very happy with this as my fist rower and price was amazing! It takes up very little space when stored upright and is easy to move around. Getting a whole body workout in one motion is quite nice.

The display seems to work on and off when ever it wants to - have requested a new unit. As for what is displayed its actually a waste - time and distance and everything else it records is on separate 'modes' . So you need to press the button to see how far you have gone if you are on the time view and vise versa. The distance units is incorrect, its basically counting each row and not the distance - harder you row makes no difference. Therefore trying to get an accurate time/distance workout will not work on this machine. ** The seat is great and the rowing is smooth which is why I gave some stars.
