The only thing that has helped my stress/anxiety
This, this right here is exactly what I needed to relax after my sons diagnosis of a medical condition. As a parent we know we over worry about our childrens health and this product has helped keeping my stress level down. I will pirchase again!

Love this product
I love this product! I am a repeat buyer. I also recommend this product to my sister who use to suffer with migraines and constant work stress. This helps her to ease her mind at the end of a long day.

Love the brand youth of theory, very nice packaging I like the square bottle. I've had a great experience with this ashwagandha. It has helped me feel more relaxed, less stressed, and I've been sleeping better since I started taking it. It's easy to take and hasn't caused any side effects for me.
