This product is a good product if you don't want vitamin c because that's what I forgot to order is vitamin c in B complex, otherwise it's a great product it goes down easy, small, and they're soft gels which is very hard to find

Easy to take.
My bloodwork showed I was very low on B12 and Vitamin B so I ordered these to see if it would help. I like that there is not a vitamin after taste.

Gives energy
I have been taking this supplement for several years. If you look at the ingredients on energy drinks they are mostly vitamin b and caffeine. I get plenty of caffeine in my regular drinks.

I was always wary of supplements from the grocery store but was out and looked up the brand...in the top ten best to buy and value for the money. I'm good with that. Plus...it is just easier!

overall, i think this vitamin helps. the only negative thing i have is the metabolism. I don't think it has really helped with that.
