Spring Valley Probiotic Acidophilus Caplets for Digestive Health, 2 Billion Active Cultures, 100 Count

Please help repair my guts biome after a mysterious stomach illness. They have a higher probiotic count than many other varieties. I recommend these. The only issue, which is very small is swallowing them. Just make sure you have lots of water getting it down, they are not coated.

I take a few medications that kill most of the gut bacteria and this helps maintain a healthy environment for the bacteria. It's best to take about 30 minutes after the antibiotic medication to prevent the antibiotic from killing the probiotics, which I learned from trial and error.

I've used this for years. It mostly prevents cold sores from forming but if they start to form occasionaly, it stops them from clustering. I also take l-lysine for this. Both are very effective.

I've been a regular user of Acidophilus for years since around 1993. I've been using this brand for nearly as long. Acidophilus in general should be taken by every one, especially those over 50. It's not necessary to be taken everyday, but it helps. I take these three times a week, more often when I'm feeling ill, or when on antibiotics (just don't take at same time). I like this brand for the convenience of home delivery, price, pill count and the available organisms. Of course, not every bottle is going to deliver exactly 2 billion live organisms. The travel and how long its in the bottle and unrefrigerated kills a great many, but there's more in this bottle over the long run than in other brands. My advice is to keep refrigerated when you buy these to keep the live organisms alive. Overall, I highly recommend this item, and this brand without hesitation.

I like that I don't work for me and keeps the yeast controlled in my body but what I do not like is that it takes so long to ship to me I wish they had a little quicker shipping process. And I like the product and it is very reasonable pricing so I will continue to order when needed.

These are a life save. Work great for digestive issues and much cheaper than some of the other name brand probiotics.

This pill is LARGE! I believe you need a very open, broad throat to SAFELY get it down. I thought it would be 1/2 or 1/4 smaller in size than it was. I tossed the entire bottle untouched. Their size scared me!
