I tried a few others but this one seemed to work better for me, I have a weak immune system and also elevated blood pressure, I took these for about a week, My sinuses are better and my heart doesn't beat as hard, so I know my blood pressure is lower, Just don't take these with Vitamin C as it it will raise your blood pressure, I had to Google this to find out why.
I found information saying that grape seed extract is good for urinary health, so I decided to try it out because I was experiencing some pain when going to the bathroom. I no longer have the problem since taking this product. I would recommend this product as preventive maintenance.
