I use these Coco Coir Chips in the bottom of pots where I had used Cocoa liners. They are easier to use and fit all sizes of pots. They come compressed so there is a lot of product in a small package making them easy to store. You can soak for a bit in a small bucket to make them easier to separate or just break apart with your hands. Can be used alone for plants that do not like wet roots. This is the second time I have ordered this medium and it is a great product.

I've used a lot of coco bricks for the bottom of my pots, but I was intrigued to find these chips. They arrived quickly, well packaged, and were simple to use. Just add water. Since they're chips and not just fibers, I used them on the bottom of the pots and then used the regular coco fibers on top. The product is just as described.

You must soak in water for a while, but after that, drain and ready to go! It seems like a great product. My plants will let me know soon!

I was so surprised at how much there was in each coco chip brick. The absorption is just amazing. Looking forward to seeing my plants grow.

I mixed some water with it added perlite %26 added a couple other things. It holds water much better %26 it looks nice on top of the pot, like fresh mulch

this looks and feels like the hair off of a coconut. i have bought another brand which got me hooked on this stuff for my plants, but this brand all i got was a brick of shell hair, which does nothing for my plants.....

Weight was several oz off but quality seems good.

this article is horrible! specially for people that are allergic to shell items like dried coconut shells. I do not want it anymore. Please come or send someone to pick it up
