This is a very sturdy stepper. Mine was delivered with a piece chipped out of the main base, but this occurred during shipment as the box showed evidence of being punctured in the same spot as the chipped piece. The seller was wonderful about immediate replacement when I contacted them directly. I would definitely recommend this product and the seller.
I completed a survey earlier and I gave it one star because I thought I was missing a riser. I've since then found the missing riser underneath the stepper. As a result, my new survey reflects a five star rating. I find the stepper sturdy and durable for many aerobic exercises to come.
I had to have physical therapy due to a horrendous accident. At therapy one of the tools was this exact item. I was encouraged to order one so I could use it at home in addition to using it in therapy. This product is absolutely perfect. Plus I continue to improve. Highly recommend it
I didn't realize it was as long as it was but it's good and I got it because Dr Rowe at St Michigan he's a chiropractor and he puts little things in there for you I usually have one hip higher than the other so he has the thing that you can do on a stair and I don't really have stairs so that's why I bought this so I could do it and he always says what you doing once I do on the other but that's the reason I bought it and I'm sure there's other uses for it but it was okay you can make it shorter or you can make it a higher comes with two platforms to go under the platform as I should have say steps and legs I don't know cuz it's long and It just fits you know the curve in the side there so you can put one or two on and I got both of them on that's a good height for me okay
Needed to strengthen my legs following an injury and having no stairs in our home, I bought this. It's lightweight, sturdy, and easy to store vertically between cabinetry or flat under a bed. Chose this one because of weight limit.
This is a nice sturdy bench. I'm 5'7 and it's not quite long enough to lie down on for chest presses, etc. No issues with sliding. I'm 170 and there are no issues with stepping/jumping onto the middle. Minus 1 star b/c the feet don't store securely under the bench when not attached even though the pieces line up well. If you pick up the bench, the extra feet fall out.
Easy to assemble and use. Sturdy and I like the no slip finish on top and bottom which helps for safety during use. I really like that it comes with 3 different step heights you can adjust it to! I'm just not sure how easy it will be to disassemble for storage though (I took 1 star off for this) - it snaps into place very securely so I'm unsure if it will come back apart very easily for packing when I move. Others might find this to be an added benefit as it adds to the product's stability (for me, it may be a detriment because I am moving soon).
I gave a three stars for being sturdy. The step making a popping sound. I'm not sure what that is about. It seems stable on a rubber mat. I hope it doesn't crack.
Overall good height and nice with 4 risers but cheaply made so the risers don't stay connected and it's not a snug fit when they try and snap in. Rather have paid a bit more to have better mechanisms.
Made cheaply, not solid at all. A chunk broke off while trying to assemble it. Unfortunately, I was unaware to return it due to a 30 day window. Don't waste your money.
