good bench but it is quite large and tall. im a 5'5 female and it's tricky to use at times bc of that. it doesnt lay completely flat either, it declines some.

Instructions are nonexistent, as other buyers have mentioned. Parts are just thrown into a plastic bag and buyer must sort it out. Frustrating. Bench had one missing stopper, so I contacted the merchant. Said they would send a replacement, but two days later said it was not in stock and offered a 10% refund. That won't help as the part is needed, so I gotta return it and order another one. Seems crazy to me, since they could just pull a bumper off of a bench that they have in stock and sell that one as an opened box after they get the part. Seems to be a good bench otherwise and I will order another one. Only thing that seems really bad on it is the key that one reviewer said bent and collapsed the bench. I could see that as possible with a heavy user. Key is too small for the hole and needs a washer on the exit side to hold it in place - much larger key pin would be in order. Really a shame, as it seems like it could be a good buy with just a little more care on part of manufacturer and seller. Assembly instructions, better quality control, better pin, and replacement parts available would bring score up signigantly.

I put the bench together and it will not adjust like the pictures. it is like thecwelds are off and keeping it from functioning like it is supposed to. Thinking of returning.

This bench is a Safety Hazard! I would like to send it back and get a refund. This bench has almost collapsed while my husband was bench pressing on it. The safety pin bent on the first day causing it to almost fall flat to the ground during a set.

Doesn't come with instructions just a blury parts list. Makes no sense then have to wait 3 weeks to get refunded. Makes no sense

no directions on how to put it together. completely ridiculous
