ZenToes Achilles Tendon Compression Sleeve with Heel Padding, 1 Pair, Beige

My Achilles was bothering me terribly. I already had plans for Disney and was very worried about all of the walking. I used this supportive sock and it worked like a charm! There is one suggestion if you have to walk 28,000 steps in one day, put your sock on first and then slip the sock over! Amazing!

For my husband, but he had doubts because he is in so much pain. After trying it for the first time, he was a believer! This really made walking much less painful. It's hard to imagine something so simple and small made that much of an impact. I was desperate to find him relief and went for it. He's doing all of the doctor prescribed stretches and PT, but it's a long road to recovery. This Zen product is part of the healing now.

I have plantar fasciitis and if you're experiencing alot of pain, these socks alleviates a very small amount of pain. And they do slide around on your feet. You have to readjust them every 2 hours.

The gel cushion is directly on your skin and that bothered me so the cushion just didn't seem worth it or necessary. Maybe if worn over a sock??

They don't seem to fit around the heel. It's basically a straight tube, not shaped to fit around the angle of the heel so it just wrinkles around the inside of the angle. Don't feel good or helpful. Since they couldn't be bother to provide instructions you are left to try to figure it out for yourself. Very disappointed.
