The reason I didn't answer most of those questions is because it's still cellophane wrapped. It's kind of heavy but I'm happy, I am have a three-tier step stool, I'm able to let someone borrow it and that's a good thing. Thanks.

This little Ladder is great to have around the house for reaching those places just out of reach! It really is quite handy for getting you closer to the spot that you are trying to get at. It is very lightweight yet extremely sturdy when you are trying to get that picture hung just right.

This step ladder is suprisingly sturdy, yet light weight. I was unfamiliar with the seller, I trusted Wal-Mart's satisfactory guarantee and ordered it.

Step stool is great! Nice large steps. Handle is higher than most we've seen. It's nice to have the handle to hang onto to help keep your balance when going up or down the steps. Sturdy and stable. Very satisfied with the step stool. The shipping kept getting delayed and we started to wonder if we were ever going to get it. Don't know why people complained about assembly. There was none. Fully assembled.

This stool is very loud. The steps rattle so much when moving it. There is a safety feature that locks the steps in place. Although this is a good thing, it is so hard to release it. I've kept the step stool because I don't want the hassle of returning it. But if I bought one again, I'd pick another one.

I bought this because the reviews were good. I just opened the box and opened the ladder and NO it wasn't sturdy, and I was afraid to use it. I can't picture it holding up for a man.

I or we have not used it yet, but it's a little bit bigger than I thought it was going to be, but it works and gets the job done.
