I received as a sample from pinchme. I'm not sure how to tell if they are working. I'm going to continue to take them and see how they do. I do notice I go to the bathroom more.

works great to eliminate uti's
Great product if you suffer from UTI's. Since I started taking these twice a day, I have gone from 4-5 UTI's in a year to 0! Only wish they carried them in store.

Excellent an effective product
This is an excellent product to avoid UTI's. My urologist recommended another brand through a link that was way out of my price range. This product has worked equally well for me.

Great Product for Preventing UTI
Have been using the product for years. I used to have an UTI frequently. Miserable. Since I have been taking D-Mannose I rarely have an UTI.

Best cranberry deal out there
My doctor suggested this to help with urinary problems, and it truly has helped. And, oddly, the Zhou website price is better than Amazon!

I bought the product on January 18 and the message said that I would receive it the following day, January 19. Today is January 20 and now it says that it will arrive on Saturday the 21st. This is not reliable at all now I lost the opportunity to buy it on time and send it to a relative who requires it.?
