I've been purchasing this liner for our tortoise's terrarium for the past 5 years and have been pleased. We have no reason to switch to anything else. It's the perfect fit for his tank.
This is my third time buying this brand of carpet for our beardie, and I highly recommend it. It holds up really well and I love that it's washable. We get the 40/50 gal size for our 40 gallon terrarium.
Works good, I've bought this item multiple times now.
Fast and accurate shipping
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Influenster and Zilla for providing me with their free product in exchange for my review. We usually use thin cork board for our bearded dragon's cage. This material was not as easy to wipe up but he also couldn't scratch it to pieces either. I would use this again. It seems like a good quality product. This is cut to size and ready to go. The cork board liner comes in rolls which must be cut.
Great tank liner , it can up a couple inches short on our 65 gallon tank.
perfect fot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my Leopard Gecko for her flooring in her tank. It was super easy to place in, and she doesn't seem to mind it at all. The best part is that you can remove it, vacuum or wash off the buildup, and then use it again!!! I love it!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zilla Terrarium Liner (Brown) – ★★★★☆ (4/5 Stars) Reliable, easy to clean, and reptile-safe—but not the most natural look I've been using this liner in my reptile's tank for a few weeks now, and overall, I'm really happy with it. It does what it promises: keeps the habitat clean, odor under control, and gives me peace of mind that my pet isn't going to accidentally ingest any loose substrate. 👍 What I like: Super easy to clean – Just rinse it off, let it air dry, and reuse. It's way more convenient than sand or bark. Safe for pets – The texture is soft but still grippy enough that my beardie doesn't slip around, and it doesn't irritate his skin or feet. Holds up well – So far, no signs of wear or fraying, and it lies flat in the tank without curling up. It also helps keep the smell down between deep cleans. 👎 What could be better: Aesthetics – It's functional, but it doesn't have the natural look some keepers go for. It's very basic and doesn't blend in with more decorative enclosures. No digging or burrowing – If your reptile likes to dig, this won't satisfy that behavior. It's great for cleanliness but not for enrichment. Final thoughts: This liner is a practical, low-maintenance option, especially for younger reptiles or for anyone who prioritizes hygiene over visual realism. I keep an extra one on hand so I can rotate them during cleanings—it's made my routine a lot easier. Rating: 4/5 Simple, effective, and easy to live with—just not the best choice for naturalistic enclosures or dig-loving species.
