should work well
ive used now products for a while as well as swanson.i believe theyre owned by the same company.ive always used picolinate but read good thing about the glycinate form and i use mag glycinate so thought id try it.and it soft gels so should be more absorbable

It worked
Maybe it's all in my head, but I really do think I feel better and I wake up much less tired. Lately, I've been waking up earlier than normal which is very odd. Seems to work.

no magnesium stearate
I was looking for a product that was stearate free and have been using this one for about a month. It seems to fit my needs and I would recommend it for its ease and efficacy.

This product is highly rated
Zinc Glycinate was recommended by doctor for a specific condition he is treating me for. Swanson is the only company that sells it. Overall, the qualify of the product is very good.
