I've been taking this zinc supplement for a while now and overall I've been pretty happy with it. A lot of people don't realize taking zinc long term can mess with copper levels, so not having to buy a separate supplement or think about balancing it out is a nice bonus. The 30mg dose feels like a good middle ground too, enough that it feels worthwhile without being some over-the-top megadose. Capsules are easy enough to take and I haven't had any stomach issues from it either, which I know some zinc supplements can cause for some people. I take it is to help support my immune system during cold season when the kids start bringing home every germ known to mankind from school. Not saying it's some magic shield or anything, but I like having it as part of my routine during those times. Overall, it's been easy to stick with, has the copper included which I appreciate, relatively cheap and I've had a good experience with it so far.

I bought for my husband to help him and he says it's easy to take and use, he hasn't been taking long enough to see an effect yet but the properties of zinc are for your immune system and hormones.
