excellent coverage of water stains, ceiling repair and application where laundry room/kitchen pipes had been leaking ... also used it on the boards under the kitchen sink area where some water had leaked from the garbage disposer no noticeable odors ... important as I am asthmatic ... clean up super easy

Painted my bathroom ceiling and around the top of my shower and it only took 1 coat to cover the previous white paint with sparkles in it. Would definitely recommend.

Really good product. Thicker that most paint so good for no drips while painting bathroom ceiling. Coverage- good but two coats are needed if covering any stains. Not much smell and dissipates quickly. Dried in 1 hour. Time will tell if any mildew/mold stains return to bathroom ceiling.

All the product did a great job in covering a trouble spot for me that I was worried about getting mold wet area of the house. To apply I did put one coat of primer and then followed up with this as the final coat and so far no complaints what so ever it looks great and was very thick dont see any signs of wear just yet. Easy to clean if any spilled due to it being water based. The can did come dented which is why I took a star, but didn't affect use at all. Would recommend this product 10/10

I used this in conjunction with the brands primer that kills mold. Both products went on smooth and with an even finish. One coat each was all that was needed. 5'x8' ceiling in a bathroom. The primer killed the mold and this top coat prevents it. For damp or high humidity areas be sure to plan on not using the area for 24-48hrs to allow each product to set. keep showers cool and quick for 7 days after application as it requires 7 days to fully cure-(in the MSDS-not the can label) not a big issue, just be mindful. Time will tell how the product works. It's owned by Rust-Oleum and i trust the products.
