Brought this little sample size to take with me on a trip and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. It's a different brand from my usual collagen so I was a bit hesitant, but I could tell it was a quality product. I care a lot about my skin and I saw the exact same benefits and improvement in my skin from this collagen compared to my more "name brand" collagen that I use daily. No taste and dissolved easily.

I'm already using the fifth large package and my skin is shiny and firmer, hair grows faster and stronger, nails are strong - this collagen is very effective, although it is often disputed by various researchers. I also notice the benefit for my knees and all joints. I add it to my morning smoothie along with MSM and liposomal vit C. I look and feel much younger.

I have been using Vital Proteins for many years but now that Nestle owns them, I don't really trust that the product is very clean. I recently read a review on mamavation that tested different brands of collagen Zint came back as very clean! Thank goodness I was able to buy it through iherb.

Collagen is very useful to take! It is necessary to combine the intake with vitamin C in order for collagen to work in full force. Collagen types 1 and 3 are suitable for the skin, type 2 for the joints. Take the one that is right for you. I take collagen an hour before breakfast, diluting a measuring spoon in a glass of water.

If you drink alone, you will have smell the gelatin but when you mixed with some cold juice, you will see some jelly floating but doesnt affect the taste. Hope its good for skin too as i just try for a few days. Plus, the bag package is good for putting the powder into the water bottle directly

A good way to try it out if you don't know how your body might handle it for the first time. It was gentle on my stomach, no discomfort or sickness. I felt a bit fuller and the powder was fine and easy to mix and dissolve. Since it was a small product there are no follow-up reports I can make.

I HAVE BEEN USING COLLAGEN PEPTIDES FOR 2 YEARS. USED TO USED GREAT LAKES GRASS FED AND LOVED IT. I TRIED THIS MAKE NOW ON 4 OCCASIONS FOR SEVERAL DAYS. I DEVELOPED CHRONIC INDIGESTION BUT DID NOT CONNECT IT TO THIS PRODUCT AS NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH GREAT LAKES. KEPT ELIMINATING FOODS WITHOUT SUCCESS AND HAD TO GO TO DOCTOR WHO SAID IN DANGER OF DEVELOPING AN ULCER AND SCAR TISSUES AS SO MUCH BURNING IN MY OESOPHAGUS. JUST TO MAKE SURE THIS IS THE CULPRIT I GAVE IT TO MY HUSBAND IN HIS COFFEE FOR 3 DAYS AND H STARTED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HEAR T BURN (I HAD NOT TOLD HIM AS WANTED A BLIND TRIAL). QUITE DISGUSTED.
