looks exactly as shown. instructions to assemble were clear and provided all the tools! one person is able to do it! feels very sturdy! modern and stylish! happy with my upgrade . only minor comment is the middle support bar and the leg do not connect fully. the screw isn't quite long enough. once the bed is on though, the weight is enough to keep the leg in place. PS. I would air out the head board if you can, very slight odor in the fabric.

I'm impressed with this bed so far. It was very affordable, looks nice, and seems pretty sturdy. My bed makes zero noise now; replacing a creaky old box spring and frame has made me question why I didn't do this sooner. Can stack two under-bed totes on top of one another and slide under the bed, doubling my storage space

Very happy with this purchase. We ordered two of these bed frames for our sons. Delivery was very quick despite it being the third week of December, and they were able to assemble them without any issues in about 30 minutes. Everything was included, even a small socket wrench. They are sturdy, good looking, and there is no squeaking. We also got bins to put under their beds for storage since there's about 12 inches of space between the frame and floor. They ran led lights underneath for a sleek look!

I got this platform frame since I had been sleeping on a mattress on the floor. It was easy to assemble. I love that the tool came with it and extra screws. So far very sturdy for myself and 3 dogs. The dogs approve also love that they can crawl under it and now have a hiding place when they don't want to take their bath.

I absolutely love this frame mostly the cushion part on the head board!!!

The legs opposite to the headboard do not hold up and twist inside leading to the entire bed frame to collapse. I have tightened the screws multiple times but the assembly and the frame itself is poorly made. This was a very poor experience I had with the Zinus bed frame. The same bed frame that I had bought in 2018 lasted me 6 years and had different parts/assembly. It seems that Zinus has lowered it's standards and compromised on quality as well as safety. I regret buying the bed frame.

This item had a manufacturing defect and the company would not send a replacement part. I had to return the complete frame. What a same, this was not my first Zinus product, but it was my last. Terrible customer service.

That's too bad! I bought this twin size for my child, and in only one week, a board has already been broken!! None of these boards are strong or strong! It breaks very easily！Originally wanted to apply for return, but the packaging of the paper shell has been thrown away！

This was my 1st Zinus product purchase. The set-up was easy enough, and the product even came with a nice hex torque tool. The reason for my 1-star review is the fact that the upholstered headboard that came with the bed has the nastiest smell that just won't go away even with airing and cleaning. It's been almost a week now since I've had the item out of the box with the smell not changing. Luckily, Walmart has agreed to send out a replacement headboard, but I'll have to see if that is any better. Also, the headboard metal frame itself does not lay flush with the other metal base, but that doesn't bother me as much as the smell problem. Unfortunately, the hex screws holding the backboard are visible when you remove the headboard so I can't even use the frame without the headboard, or else the frame just does not look good.
