This is an awesome little pill. There's so many benefits to this supplement. There are a lot of different extracts that are beneficial in so many ways. One of the things I really like about this is that I get energy and it curbs my appetite. I like the ashwagandha because it helps with my anxiety. You only have to take one pill a day so this bottle will last 2 months. I take mine on an empty stomach around 10:00 a.m.. I found that if I take it too late in the day I have a harder time falling asleep. I highly recommend you look up the different supplements in this and see the benefits and decide if it would be a good fit for you. Works for me.

The capsules are very easy to take. The recommended serving is one capsule per day. I love that it has Saffron, Lutein, Ashwaghanda and Green Tea extract, plus other beneficial ingredients. See the full list of ingredients in my photo. It seems to be an All-in-One supplement, eliminating the need to take a bunch of other supplements daily.

I appreciate the capsules being veggie however, that means there's an herbal scent to the capsules. I suggest taking with a cup of water because it was hard to swallow for me on its own. I took a capsule in the morning after a light breakfast before going on a hike (4.8 mile with 987 elevation gain) and it worked the way I expected. I recovered quicker than without any supplement and had no physical fatigue even going to work afterwards. I did not experience tummy issues and went through the day with no mental fatigue after 3pm. Energy was great to handle through evening gym afterwards. This is something I personally would not take daily given the benefits, I feel like it's best used if you're expecting a long active day since it can be pricey to repurchase. Expiration was pretty far out for me so I can prolong this in my cabinet of natural energy aids.

My energy levels have skyrocketed since I started taking these supplements. I'm more productive than ever.

The prosuct works ok, but you could be just as fine with the cheaper brands that Wal-Mart has on its shelves. I've taken these for over 45 days, and there has been no significant change in using this brand than when I used the Wal-Mart brand of Green Tea. Of course, everyone's body reacts differently than others due to their dietary, size, activity, and age. This might work better for you than it had for myself.
