Zulka Pure Cane Sugar, 8 lb, Vegan & Plant Based and Non GMO

This is an excellent non GMO sugar and excellent price for the quantity and quality. HOWEVER, the last time I received it, via a shipping order from Walmart, I received a product that should not have been sent to ANYONE. It was a bag with huge rock-like clumps in it, that clearly whomever chose to fill the order could see. Yes I received a refund, but to whomever filled or shopped this order, shame on you!!!

My son convinced me not to buy "regular" sugar - it's not all made from sugar cane (I had no idea at the time) So, now this is my all-time go-to for sweet tea, which is always in my fridge, I also converted to green tea to make it a tad "healthier" lol

This is my favorite sugar. Originally, I purchased this as a less processed type of sugar to make the sugar water to feed our honeybees over winter but I also started using it in the kitchen. The grains seem slightly larger to me than normal white sugar. I think the taste is better! I put it in my coffee daily and on top of sweetbreads (like banana bread) while baking for a little crunch.

I make several types of soft candy and fudge, and this sugar. disolves, better. Gives all of my candy, fudge, cakes, pies, jams, and even my coffee and tea a real rich smooth taste! it's Non GMO and it comes Organic, and it's only a few cents more the granulated sugar. Plus, it's not over processed and your body processes it better. I recommend this product very highly.

I enjoy sugar, it is sweet, Now old and on medicare in Texas it is my primary food source and coffee is my main hydration. Being a male of widely European and Western European ancestry, I am able to digest milk, and therefore when the cows come home I enjoy a bit of the lactation of non humans in the mix.

This is my favorite of 'mass-produced' sugars and Walmart has it at the best price I can find anywhere. A little goes a long way and it has a rich and smooth taste that goes wonderfully in coffees and teas. The sugar has a slight golden cast to it because it is entirely a natural product: just sugar cane and nothing else.

i started buying this when the pandemic ended. sugar prices went sky high. i turned to walmart and found this. the price and weight is right. On the further than plus side, this sugar does not spike my sugar. The taste is so good and better than regular sugar. i really can't stand white sugar. As soon as I finish this i am going to order another.

This sugar is nothing like the nasty processed white stuff. This is real. It has a sweet taste and you feel better eating it. Yes, it goes through a process to become what it is but not like the white stuff. We have been using this sugar for probably 13 years now. Always happy with it. We use it cup for cup as other sugars. It goes in coffee, baked goods, smoothies and more.

this is a very good price even with the price hike that happened a few months back. it is quite pricey anywhere else online for half as much. the issue is that it's inconsistent on the cane Factor. sometimes the flavor is robust and tastes like a proper cane sugar but other times it looks like it's one hair away from the bleached sugar. for that I give it four stars. In one photograph one side is a proper shade for cane sugar and on the other side of the photo is same brand but looks like altered sugar. 🧐

The product is good ,the fact that I ordered this sugar and they sent me toothpaste instead is the reason for the one star. The driver scanned the package and it showed the order complete. Not sure how since toothpaste and sugar are totally different. At least they told not to return the item and refunded my money for the sugar.
