So versatile
I use this in pomengranate dressing and also just as a steak sauce. It's lighter than one would think and smells so good. I could not find it locally so Plan B was igourmet. Next cooking experiment will be a to use it in a barbeque sauce.

Pomegranate Molasses Should be Dark Red NOT BROWN!
Pomegranate Molasses is supposed to be RED and this stuff is completely BROWN! It's gross! I needed it to make a salad dressing that was supposed to have an end result of being pink-this is certainly NOT that! What a waste of money! Diluting this stuff gives you nothing but a muddy brown color! Not very appetizing!
