I buy these bean for my Monday Red Beans and Rice and they are always great after a 24 hour soak. And then put them back under water and heat them up for about 1 1/2 hours. And they are the tastiest after you add some salt and some Cajun seasoning and maybe add a lbs. of sausage to it and check the seasoning. If it tastes great then cook up your Rice.
