Been using ACV in salads and smoothies but - taking the capsules is more convenient - especially when travelling or when the day's routine is a little off route from the usual. I have no doubt that this is the best product for me and is made by Dr Martin's Nutrition, which I have used for years.

They definitely are tasteless. I don't like that I have to take 3of them. I will do another review after I have taken them for long enough to see if I get results from them
