I purchase these for my bedridden 93 year old Mom. They keep her dry overnight and the tabs allow you to adjust the fit around her waist. I've purchased other brands and received different ones from the hospice care center, I choose to purchase these. The price point is perfect for my budget as well. I do recommend this product

I’ve tried countless brands and different types but this is the best! Easy to use. Wide tabs make it easy to customize fit. Never leaks. Taking care of bedridden patient has never been easier thanks to these! I highly recommend these! The assurance wipes are also phenomenal I recommend those as well!

We ordered these Assurance Unisex Stretch Briefs for my 98 year old Aunt, who is bedridden. These briefs are easy to put on/remove. The briefs are absorbent. We would recommend Assurance brand products to any one needing a fabulous product. Thank you.

These are a good fit for those who need this type of item. The flexibility for sizing is great. They are pricey but worth it for the protection. My only complaint is occasionally you get a few that the tabs tear off while putting them on they could up their quality checks on this part.

I've tried other brands. This is the best ever! I'm a 59 year old teacher on disability. Two years ago I ended up in a nursing home for one month. I had night time issues with running to the bathroom because of incontinence. Due to that one month, my body quit having the urge to get out of bed. That's when I started buying night time diapers. These are amazing and I rarely need more than one per night along with a chuck. I HAVE NEVER written a recommendation but I find this issue so personal that I want to help others.

the fit isnt not good...there is room between the absorbent part and the body for the urine to leak out....which it has more than once. The tabs work well. A diaper is a diaper and should control both urine and stool. The butt portion of this is too small to control stool at all. When both urine and stool control are required, like for overnight, this product is inadequate.

it is the only adult diapers you can buy that's not a pull up so of course its value for the money but the quality is really bad at times. I have to open each one and fold the tabs under so I've seen some pretty bad defects. there was a glob of manufacturing glue on one in her last pack of diapers. sometimes I'm the tabs are so weak they pull off or the side panels are smaller then they are supposed to be. what can we say and to who can we say it? no one cares so we keep buying them because she will fall on her face if she tries to use pull ups.

Worst absorbent underwear I've ever tried. HUGE WASTE of limited income. There are. NO instructions on how to UNTANGLE and OPEN the tabs that supposedly fasten on the hips. NONE. They CANNOT be openedf!!!. What am I supposed to do with these? Buy duct tape to try to fasten them??? As the package has been opened, I am not allowed to return them. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Sizing is a JOKE!! I have a 50 inch waist and they BARELY fit. Once I got them on, the padding itself wasn’t even long enough to go all the way up the front. If i’d left it on to actually use it, i would’ve wet right through because the padding didn’t reach where it needed to be. Bottom line, save your money and buy literally anything else!

These are literally the best briefs on the market! But the company is having a serious manufacturing problem and quality control issue. They're so deformed and rip right when you're about to close them, which is so hard after all the work it takes to put on an adult human. Also, the glue on the inside is like sandpaper, and I have to shave it off with a cheap razor every brief change. It was never like this before. I only get about 10 usable briefs out of a package if I'm lucky. It's so frustrating because these are the only ones my dad can wear!
