Since you're not allowed to make medical claims for supplements, I won't say that. By the way, I'm enjoying painting my long fingernails which just seemed to start growing suddenly.

I use this product twice a day. I do like the results. I would buy again. Pills a large and chunky. If your not use to swallowing chunky pills don't buy.
Did not do anything for me.

These pills are so big and chalky. I do fairly well with large pills but I genuinely choked when trying to take one and haven't touched them since. It cut my throat up having to cough it up. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend these to ANYONE.
