Works Great
This chitosan works great for absorbing the fat from greasy foods. Ive tried others that didnt work. I take 20 minutes before eating for best results, at least that what I do . I wont get into the details as how you know that it absorbs fat.

It works
It's going on three weeks that I have been taking. I would say I have not lost weight, but I have lost some tummy fat in my lower abdomen. This is where I carry most of my weight to begin with. I can't wait to complete my three months supply With the results. I'm getting now. I would highly recommend.
