I drink 1 - 1 1/2 tsp at night mixed with my evening tea to help me relax and sleep more deeply throughout the night. It works very well and adds a nice sweetness to my tea.

nice bulk powder at a good price. easy to use and tastes good. not bitter at all. actually could be a good keto sweetener in coffee in moderation. i cant say it gives me energy but its worth trying.

Good price for glycine and good product. I will fill my own capsules to save $ on glycine supplements. This helps me sleep more soundly.

It really helps my immune system. I put it in my tea or coffee daily (it also acts as a natural sweetener) and I haven't had any infections in a long time. The last time my husband had covid (a few months ago) I didn't catch it.

I never received the product (this and another supplement) but was fully charged. Registered the issue online and tried to contact Walmart customer support on chat but no success. I have given up, lost almost 50 $ in total. Terrible experience!

Every time I order this 3 pack one or more of the containers so side silver seal is broken and unsealed. One of them even had a weird yellow stain on the inside lid. This is just sketchy.

I receive the wrong item and had to return it and still waiting for my refund
