Works pretty well. Doesn't solve all dairy discomfort, but it does act quickly and is a boon when exposed to dairy based foods and drinks. I prefer the Equate brand as it is cheaper. Overall, it's pretty decent and helps me with dairy based gas and bloating.

Anyone who is lactose intolerant benefits from taking lactase, and I appreciate the price point of this item. It's tasteless, easy to swallow, and totally eliminates the bloating I used to experience because of my lactose intolerance. Wonderful product!

I need gluten free. These say gluten free and they actually seem to be, unlike some other brands that say they are, but the ingredient sources have apparently changed and they started giving me symptoms. Very difficult nowadays to find true gluten free. Glad to have found this brand of lactase enzyme. They work great with ice cream :D

Before I started taking this, I was forced to eliminate most dairy from my diet. Now, I just take one right before my first bite or sip and it actually works! It's super easy to use, you can take many doses in a day, and it doesn't really have much of a taste. Could not live without this stuff now.

Equate's lactose intolerance tablets are chewable though they can be swallowed with water or other liquid of your choice. I take two tablets but I have friends that only need one. I like this version of this Equate brand because it does not contain artificial sweetener. The other Equate lactose intolerance tablets contain mannitol so be careful to read the ingredients list before buying if this is a concern.

These are perfect. If you also suffer from IBS-D these work great. Do not buy the chewables of any kind for lactose intolerance. The chewables contain mannitol which is a no no. Buy these! No mannitol

I could not eat most foods, if not for this product! I used the GNC ones for years until they stopped making them. These are even more cost efficient. Thank God they exist!!

Doesnt really stop the bloating or the gas that occurs from eating dairy. Doesn't matter how many of these I take before, during, or after eating lactose, Im still screwed. I love yogurt, and cottage cheese so this is a dilemma in my book. Oh well, it is what it is...and that is that 👍

One dose is 3 of these pills, so despite it seeming that you get more pills per dollar than the name brand, one dose of these is actually MORE than one dose of the name brand. Plus i have to shovel 3 pills at once in my face rather than 1. Do not recommend.
