These gummies definitely make me stress less %26 I feel like my anxiety is a bit more manageable however these give me crazy vivid dreams %26 nightmares which wakes me up in the middle of the morning from freight so then I'm afraid to fall back asleep because I go right back into the dream .. so not sure if I would re purchase
