Goli Ashwagandha Gummies
I love these! They have helped me so much with falling asleep and getting good rest. They don't leave me feeling sluggish like melatonin.

Great tasting and effective for sleep
I use these every night to wind down. I take 3. I found 4 almost has a negative effect for me. I have struggled to fall asleep for years and tried many different kinds of melatonin. This works great. I love that they offer this tasty sugar free option as I am in prep for a competition and can't have any extra treats. This satisfies my candy craving a little bit and doesn't have added sugar.

Great product. Even without sugar they are very sweet to me %26 you have to take 4 big gummies a day that's why I didn't give it 5 stars but it works so I'll be taking it !

blueberry taste
Taste is sweet, blueberryish but fine. These are lower sugar than most brands. Only noticed them working the first two times using them.
