Amazing Supplement!!!
This the best supplement I've taken in 2024. I've spent years not getting any sleep, and if I did sleep, I'd wake up like 2am. After being on Guru Nanda Ashwagandha for about 3 months, I've been sleeping, truly sleeping. If I do wake up, I go straight back to sleep and I don't wake up until morning. I have a lot of health problems, now that I sleep I've been doing better than I have in about 25 years. I will never be without Ashwagandha. I always have a backup. I hope Guru Nanda continues to make this liquid gold.

It makes me have less of an appetite and gives me more energy thought the day. If you don't want to taste it put it in a flavored drink.

flavor is a big deal for me. I am not able to use this. I can't down 8 oz with it in it. so it's wasting on my counter. lol, I will let it sit there until it expires.

Made me sick
I love this brand but this ashwagandha and bacopa supplement made me sick from the first minute I swallowed it. I had a lot of stomach pain even for a few days after.
