I have bought a few Hyper Tough tools lately. Most of my tools are corded but I'm finding it easier to use these cordless tools. I have bought the tools that use the same size battery. Comes in handy having an extra battery on hand. It was a very good price. They seem to charge up quickly and keep a charge for a while. I haven't had to replace a battery yet when working on a project, but I have an extra if I need it.
I bought this as an upgrade to the battery that came with my hyper tough portable tire inflater. Fit perfectly/compatible, and had enough power to do ALL 5 of my Jeep tires, with 50% power remaining. Charges fairly quickly too. (4 tires needed 7 psi, and the spare needed 12 psi.) Love Hyper tough products! We are gradually replacing all of our power tools with this brand.
I purchased two of these 2Ah battery packs for the little bit extra of power boost for my 12v multi head combo drill. The drill comes with a battery that is only a little over 1Ah, not much life. Purchased these and works wonder. Next battery upgrade will be the 4Ah, do the drill will stand nicer between use.
It's just as described does have some added power from the 1.5 V batteries. I did notice that when I put it in one of my tools it actually made the tool run a little faster than the old battery so basically a little more power and the battery lasts a good while I was able to finish my project without recharging it and still had power when I was finished.
These are outstanding batteries, especially for the cost. I really like that I can plug a basic charger into the battery through a built in port. But there is also a faster dock style charger available. One battery with two charging methods. There is a premium power tool company has a similar battery design in their 12V line. But these are much easier to install and remove.
I needed to do some small diy projects around the house and didn't want to break the bank on big name brand power tools. I purchased this battery and the drill it goes to and was very impressed. I was able to fix my fence, build a small hutch, and tighten up some hinges on the charge that battery held!
I picked up a Hyper Tough drill driver on clearance and found it really nice to work with. It came with one battery, so I picked up another. Of course, it works perfectly with the tool because it's designed for it. It's lightweight and has a good amount of power. No issues. It recharges reasonably fast - about an hour
Purchased at the same time as the HyperTough Electric Ratchet. I couldn't find a better value DIY tool and battery combo than this one. I appreciate how the upgraded 2Ah battery is the same size as the 1.5Ah one included with the tool.
Fits in my rotary tool and cut-off tool .Light weight for ease of use for longer periods. Charges fast and lasts long enough for most projects. Always good to have an extra battery just in case. Good value for the price.
I've charged up my backup battery just in case I'm not too sure how good the quality will be I have not tried it yet but I'm assuming it will be a quality product and will last
